Aloysius Ho, born in Mukah in 1948, is a prominent artist who hails from Sarawak, Malaysia. He is a distinguished member of the Sarawak Artists Society, located in Kuching, Sarawak. Aloysius Ho served as the President of the Sarawak Artists Society during two separate terms, from 1993 to 1998 and then again from 2011 to 2012. Before establishing himself as an accomplished artist, Aloysius Ho worked as a lecturer in Art Education at Institut Pendidikan Batu Lintang, Kuching. He received his formal art education from MPIK in Kuala Lumpur and further honed his skills by attending numerous short courses and workshops in various artistic disciplines, including art and handicrafts, graphic art, pottery, traditional Malay wood carving, basketry, painting, and computer-aided design.

Aloysius Ho’s artistic journey has taken him to various corners of the world, as he actively participated in joint art exhibitions held in Kuching, Kuala Lumpur, Taiwan, and Brunei Darussalam. His diverse experiences and contributions have made him a respected figure in the world of art.
