Poh Bee Yong

Summary

Born in Kuching, Sarawak, in 1947, I am a proud member of the Sarawak Artists Society. My artistic journey encompasses various mediums, including Chinese ink, watercolors, and oil painting. Throughout the years, I have actively contributed to the art scene by participating in numerous exhibitions. In 1975, I had the privilege of showcasing my artwork at the Poh’s sister art exhibition. Additionally, I took part in a group art exhibition in collaboration with Singapore during the 1974 National Day’s celebration. My commitment to the arts extends to my annual participation in art exhibitions organized by the Sarawak Artists Society, which take place in the beautiful city of Kuching.
