Summary
I’m honored to collaborate with KASAT on this sculpture. His work evokes deep despair, but I believe every situation can be transformed. We are not alone in our struggles. To reflect this, I used soft, colorful materials that contrast with his rigid form. Features tiny figures climbing downward—symbols of gentle, collective strength rising against heaviness. This collaboration plays with contrasts: large vs. small, hard vs. soft, monochrome vs. vibrant.
KASAT’s piece is titled Disappointed. I imagine breaking the word apart—Dis-Appoint-ed—as a way to rethink what truly matters to us and the world around us.
